Circus, Carnival, Traveling Show, & Outdoor Amusement Licenses
Who Is Required To Obtain A License?
Every person, firm or corporation operating a carnival, circus, traveling show or outdoor amusement within the city wherein the public either pays an admission fee or a sum for the privilege of participating.
Exceptions
Carnivals, etc. that are part of a special event and covered under the umbrella license for the special event.
Fees
$25.00 per day or portion of a day.
Term
Number of days for which application has been made and approved.

You can download an application here, or they can be picked up at City Hall. Please submit the completed form to the City Clerk's Department.
