Who Is Required To Obtain A License?

Any person selling fish or shellfish from any boat moored in the city limits.

Exceptions

None

Fees

$15.00 for a 30-day permit.

Term

The permit is valid for 30 days and is not renewable; however, a new 30-day permit may be applied for, if desired.

Application Procedures

Download a fish and shellfish permit application in Adobe Acrobat format. Otherwise, the forms are available at City Hall. Please submit the completed form to the City Clerk's Department.
