Finance Department

The City of Poulsbo Finance Department is responsible for a number of duties and services. Primary functions include accounting, budgeting, managing and investing cash, managing debt, paying invoices, searching liens, executing payroll, billing receivables, and collecting receivables (utilities, taxes, local improvement districts, hotel/motel, and others). The Department is responsible for City Hall reception, financial reporting, purchasing, and contract management.
