Public Records
If you wish to submit a request for public records, please complete a City of Poulsbo Public Records Request Form. Submit the completed form to the appropriate city department. The city then has five business days to fill the request, or to notify the requestor why additional time will be required. There will be a charge for copies per the city's Cost Schedule.
