The Haugen Development

 

Summary

The Haugen Development is a proposal to subdivide 1.3 acres into 4 lots using infill provisions of Poulsbo Municipal Code (PMC) opens in a new window18.70.070.P.  The proposal includes (3) lots fronting Haugen Street, ranging from 5,100-5,200 square feet.  The remaining (4th) parent lot will retain the existing home and detached garage.  Access to all lots will be from Haugen Street.  Street curbing, driveway access, and two on-street parking spaces are proposed in addition to 2 required parking spaces on each new lot.  The application identifies building façade along Haugen Street will be limited to 20.6 feet in height, which is the calculated average building façade height of existing homes fronting the street.
