Jeff has over 31 years’ experience serving as a Poulsbo councilmember, working hard to keep Poulsbo a safe, vibrant, affordable and enjoyable place to live. He demonstrates his belief in the “growth pays for growth” principle, by ensuring the impacts of new development are properly identified and mitigated by the developers. New development should not place an undue burden on the existing residents for the additional traffic, sewer, parks and other demands they place on the city. Jeff understands that Poulsbo would not be the same without Liberty Bay, our parks, and the other amenities we enjoy every day. He supports a common sense approach to protecting these amenities while always keeping in mind the cost to taxpayers.
