Downtown Parking Advisory Committee
The City of Poulsbo has convened a Downtown Parking Committee (DPC). This advisory committee of citizens includes merchants, landowners, Planning Commission members and City Council members who will work together to evaluate downtown parking needs and solutions. The DPC will review previous parking studies and work to develop a Request for Proposal in order to hire a consultant to assist the committee with evaluating current needs and solutions to our downtown parking availability.
The first meeting will be held on Thursday, Feb. 9th, 2023 at 5:00 pm, in Poulsbo City Hall Council Chambers. The schedule of 4 additional meetings will be established by the committee on Feb. 9th.
The first meeting will be a discussion surrounding the history of parking in downtown Poulsbo and a draft request for proposal to hire a parking expert to study our current and future parking availability. A copy of previous studies is provided below:
Respectfully,
Becky Erickson, Mayor
