Planning & Economic Development


The PED Staff will be unavailable Friday, September 20, 2019 during the business hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm. The Building and Engineering Departments will remain open with limited staff availability. 


The City of Poulsbo Planning and Economic Development Department is now accepting applications for amendments to the City’s Comprehensive Plan to be considered during the 2020 annual amendment cycle.  The amendment requests can consist of changes to text or maps contained in the City’s Comprehensive Plan, including site specific re-designation requests.  Forms and additional information are available here and may also be picked up on the 2nd floor of City Hall, 200 NE Moe Street, during regular business hours (8am – 4:30pm).

The deadline for submitting applications and associated fees is 4:00 pm on Friday, November 15, 2019.
