Mission of City of Poulsbo Planning and Economic Development:
To partner with the community, residents, elected officials, and private entities to promote Poulsbo’s charm, character, and livability. This is achieved through sustainable comprehensive planning, efficient permit review and processing, and deliberate economic development strategies.

2019 Comprehensive Plan Amendments

The Planning and Economic Development Department is now accepting applications for amendments to the City’s Comprehensive Plan to be considered during the 2019 annual amendment cycle.  The amendment requests can consist of requests to change text or maps contained in the City’s Comprehensive Plan, including site specific re-designation requests.  Forms are available on the project website.  For more information about the process, please see the Comprehensive Plan Amendment Handout.

The deadline for submitting applications is 4:00 pm on Thursday, November 15, 2018.
