To partner with the community, residents, elected officials, and private entities to promote Poulsbo’s charm, character, and livability. This is achieved through sustainable comprehensive planning, efficient permit review and processing, and deliberate economic development strategies.
PED Department News

- EDC Meeting Cancelled. The January 22 Economic Development Committee meeting has been cancelled
- Short Course on Local Planning. February 6, 2020 | 6:15pm to 9:15pm | City Council Chambers | 200 NE Moe Street. The Short Course on Local Planning is a workshop covering the complex mix of land use planning laws that work together to support land-use decision-making in Washington state and An introduction to comprehensive planning and plan implementation under the Growth Management Act.
